• Only those accounts in good standing will be eligible for refund
• The official Account holder of hosting account must  submit refund requests using our billing system. There is a button for cancellation of the service.
• You must also send id/pass of the control panel to make sure that cancellation request is sent by you.
• The refund will be will be processed within 14 days of receipt of cancellation request.
• The refund will be given on same credit card / same payment gateway from which you purchased the hosting account.
• Refund will not include any charges incurred by you [client] such as account set-up fees, domain registration if any, domain fund addition and any other charges on additional items ordered or required by you.
• The money back guarantee does not apply to the returning clients.
• There will not be any refund on VPS and Dedicated servers.
• There will not be any refund for those accounts that have been suspended or cancelled for violating our User Agreement
